Although we often tend to purchase screen protectors and cases to protect our phones from being dropped, majority of these products do not protect against liquid damage. We here at FixMe know that accidents happen and some phones we have repaired have fallen into ponds, swimming pools, bathtubs and even the dreadful toilet.

Immediately take out the battery if you can and remove the sim card. Send it in to us to attempt to salvage the phone and get you making calls and sending texts faster than ever. In the unfortunate event that the phone could not be saved, we have several data recovery options to choose from.
